The defeated president continues his attempts to overturn the will of voters who denied him a second term. His loss brings more loss of credibility to the Republicans who support him.
His despicable behavior since losing the Nov. 3 presidential election is the final proof that he never deserved to be president and he should be removed forcibly from the White House on Jan. 20 if he continues to resist. Losers do not deserve to live there.
As usual, Trump lied. He had claimed that the Electoral College vote would allow him to accept the results of an election he lost, but he turned to Twitter to claim Biden lost while he, and only he, won.
The loser in this year’s presidential election predicted “my Supreme Court” would give him a win that voters rejected. The court, remembering that it serves the law and the people, not him, called his vanity attempts a fantasy and didn’t even accept it for consideration.
Trump claims “fraud” cost him an election he thinks he won. The only fraud came from his fantasies and lies.
Like the walking dead of Trump’s loser campaign, his deniers keep repeated lie after lie about a fraud that did not exist and a legal election that he never won.
Trump tried to persuade GOP board members of the state certification board to join his fantasy claim of election fraud. They didn’t.
The judge called Trump’s lawsuit a “legal Frankenstein” that “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations … unsupported by evidence.”
Donald Trump lost his attempt to win reelection and has abandoned all pretense of legality or democracy in a blatant attempt to question Joe Biden’s win in the presidential election on Nov. 3.
As with more than a half-dozen court losses by the faltering efforts of a discredited president turned down by voters in his re-election effort, the judge appears anxious to want to end the show.
