The Speaker says she doesn’t need Republican obstructionism to continue “deadly serious” investigation into the riot that threatened Congress and democracy.
The all too obvious attempt by the House GOP leader to derail the investigation didn’t fool the Speaker.

Trump called news of the investigation “fake news,” which raises even more questions from investigators.
But Strzok’s anti-Trump texts turned him into the one being hunted by the agency that he served for many years, his government and the president he says is ‘compromised’ by the Russians.
“When the president of the United States makes a request for a favor, it certainly seems, I would take it as a demand.”
