US to resume Guantanamo trials after 2-year freeze

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama on Monday lifted a two-year freeze on new military trials at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba and suggested Congress was hurting national security by blocking his attempts to move some trials into U.S. civilian courts.

  1. Obama hasn’t had an original policy thought since ascending to office. He’s been ‘instructed’ to do so for political expediency nothing more, nothing less.

    Obama is an “empty suit’, but a great orator and political con artist which serves the needs of his shadowy sponsor/controllers; ie., the wealthy oligarchs that own America lock, stock and barrel.
