WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will make a statement at 4 p.m. EST (2100 GMT) on Tuesday after meeting U.S. intelligence chiefs and other top security officials to discuss the review of an attempted bombing of a Detroit-bound airliner on December 25, the White House said.
