    It is a matter of National Security to keep suppliers to the military within the country. Hillary is on the mark on this topic. Also, contractors that move their headquarters offshore for any reason should have contracts instantly reassessed to 60% of their previous value to compensate for lost tax revenues while making that company ineligible to bid for future military business. All intellectual property and patents granted in the development of US defense systems should become property of the US government and production of those systems and/or componentry open to the competitive bidding process.
