		<description><![CDATA[I think they find many facts on fact-finding trips, but it&#039;s a pity there&#039;s never an examination afterwards of the Congresspeople involved; &quot;So, just what did you learn from your fact-finding trip to that private five-star resort in the Dominican Republic &#124; Kenya &#124; South Korea &#124; Nevada &#124; etc...&quot;.  

I don&#039;t think the Ethics Committees would be happy with the answer &quot;The amazing things that girl would do for only $50.  What an impoverished country.  Definitely needs a grant to develop their tourism industry, because in DC that would cost $5,000 or more&quot;.

Accurate and honest though that answer might be.
