Republicans in turn are considering offering a measure that would give Obama authority to propose a rewrite to the 2013 budget to redistribute the cuts.

There it is, turning over the purse strings to the Unitary Executive. I’m expecting this to gain popularity unless there is large opposition from the electorate.

The GOP plan would allow a resulting Obama proposal to go into effect unless Congress passed a resolution to overturn it.

Which gives the appearance of having control, while we should all know Congress can’t pass anything, and hence, won’t be able to stop the Executive budget authority once it’s been given, unless Obama’s plan is particularly unpopular, which is an improbability.

Clearly, all these clowns are arguing about now is how much more of of ever-more worthless currency they are going to print.
