I personally invite all public sector employees that think they can do better in the private sector to quit their public sector job and try. I know many a BS and even some MD and PhD’s that make great service industry employees at the local diner. I hear the tips are swell.

Blah blah blah…As someone employed in the private sector and hasn’t received a “cost-of-living” increase in years, my heart bleeds for the federal employees that not only are not bound by the laws that they themelves pass, but expect yearly increases as the rest of the country goes hungry.

All that while the cost of living (groceries, gasoline, energy, insurance – which I can not afford)) increases exponentially each and every year for the average shmo, and while wages decline or remain stagnant, means that the average American has to do more with less while our gloriously exalted “rulers” do less with more.

But of course, they are hard at work making things worse for us but better for themselves.

Oops, they’re going on recess…My bad!

So it likely won’t include members of Congress.
