		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s just another tax on the law abiding citizens. Dealers just tack the $35.00 fee on to the sale and pass on the cost to the buyer. The guys selling the &quot;Saturday Night Special&quot; still won&#039;t require a background check, a waiting period, or any other hair-brained scheme hoop the law abiding are required to jump through. I&#039;m actually surprised there were even 2% rejected applications. Must not have realized their incarcerations removed their rights.]]></description>
