Russia 72 billion
UK 63 billion
France 63 billion
Japan 59 billion
India 49 billion
Saudi 48 billion
Germany 47 billion
Brazil 35 billion

We spend 12 times as much as China and 24 times as much as Russia. How about our latest bogeyman, Iran? 233 times as much!
