Hillary Clinton caused a recession when she first spoke of health care in the 90′s. I was in a wholesale distribution business then and the very day after that speech our business went quiet. The following day it returned, somewhat. But, the small business people that were our customers were terrified about their prospects. A recession began.

Obama may want to proselytize about gun control, or social justice, or other items of his Progressive agenda. But, he seems oblivious to the idea that people are actually listening and making plans based on what they believe that he can achieve.

I have a small business. I’m not making any expansion plans now. Now, for me, it is a time of consolidation and creating efficiencies. Why? Because Obama wants to redistribute what I would have otherwise created.

Instead of making the business bigger, maybe we focus on getting by with less? Maybe instead of fancy trips, we take up gardening? Obama Economics, “Obamonomics” has consequences.
