b) I guess that ‘fiscal cliff’ was more like a shallow pothole? So much for that panic-mongering. And they wonder why we start to view everything economists say with a gimlet eye.

Finally, weren’t the automatic cuts PART OF THE DEAL of the fiscal cliff that, well, we fell over?

It’s like the expiration of the Bush tax cuts. Or the ‘temporary’ Income Tax…
