They should be no more than 8.5×11 inches, no less than fifty pages of which at least half must be factual content not advertising, their reviewers should be unbiased, anyone on their cover or centerfold must be at least 50% dress… oh. sorry. Never mind… :-)

Minor serious point here. There are zillions of laws, and very few are enforced. “More laws” is not really the solution to this problem, but if you give a Congressman a hammer…
