Romney refused to ask Todd Akin to step down until Rush Limbaugh suggested it. Could it be that Chris Matthews is correct and Limbo is directing the GOP?

I have been astonished at the power of Limbo and his talk radio program. I'm far out of listening to talk radio as I'm hooked on Satellite Radio but only on 74 which comes from the N.Y, Met. I have my little radio in my office with two special speakers set up in the kitchen and bedroom. I need the beauty of Verdi and Mozart in my life with political stuff after 6 pm.

For a whole week, I listened to Limbo and was very offended at how he talked about women. I did this when an old dear friend suggested I get with the program and understand what really ran our politics. I was a Fox fan for several years and couldn't even tolerate them after listening to Limbo. He soured me away from the GOP.

The same thing happened after my affiliation with the Birch Society. .This was before I had a television and got my news from several newspapers and neighborhood meetings. It was at this time that I got a copy of the GOP Platform and saw the real authentic point of view of the GOP. I either got the flu or my entire body rejected the message from the RNC.

I've said for years for everyone to read the Platform. The GOP may laugh at it, but they will accept it as their voice. I read it in 1988 and never voted for a Republican again. I've written about the agenda of the Religious Right but many people agree with it. The hypocrisy comes from the voters.
