This paralysis by Congress is frustrating to all concerned and makes one wonder how long this high water mark of “…18 percent gave favorable grades to Congress” will last.

Wait, I take that back, Congress is not frozen….There is movement in Congress!….The members sometimes move from the right cheek to the left, and from the left cheek to the right, and back and forth….So, there is hope.

And as I’ve mentioned before somewhere (I should find out where) I kinda like gridlock. It keeps them from making things worse. Most of the time.
