Interesting that at some point Secret Service was moved from the Treasury Dept. to Homeland Security.  I wonder when that change occurred?

If the &quot;Service&quot; was more professional and security-minded under the Treasury Dept., what would it take to move it back under there?

The Secret Service not needing fixing when it was under the Treasury Dept. reminds me of companies that I&#039;ve worked for where a new vice-president comes into a department, and he looks around, assesses the department, and then declares, &quot;It&#039;s fine!....Let&#039;s fix it.&quot;  And....boy do they!]]></description>
