“Christian Faith is not part of the Constitution and it is time the voters understand it. Christian faith is within them, not the government.”

Gingrich’s claim that he has “gone to God” for forgiveness or any other nonsense that comes out of a politicians mouth regarding a god is ludicrous. Self-proclaiming oneself a christian means little in my book. Most that do are heretics. It is not what one proclaims they are it is what one practices, no?

Bill, The Christian God forgives all sins even when others are injured and hurt. Part of the National Republican Committee is to follow Christian laws to the end. This has happened all over the world and this demand for faith is what brought Hitler into leadership when the war against non-Aryan Germans meant their extermination. Even in Catholic Spain, France and Italy the Pope issued laws of extermination of many sins committed by women and heretics.

I will never forgive people who abuse children or even their wives. It is obvious that when a Christian takes a vow on the bible for fidelity at home and to ignore their vow to protect the Constitution. I saw this back om the early 40s when we landed in WW2.

I will never forgive Newt for working so hard to put America into a deep debt. I have followed his political work and he is not a conservative man; he wants wars against Islam and this has been his decision over his supposed love for America. His brainwashed mind is back in the days of the Inquisition where people were counted only by the grace of the Pope. The Pope made a statement that America is losing its grip on Christian faith.

Christian Faith is not part of the Constitution and it is time the voters understand it. Christian faith is within them, not the government.

The voters are sheep and they could put Gingrich in the Whits House. The voters don't care if he is a criminal having been expelled from the U.S. House of Representatives.

The White House has taken some heavy hits in the last 300 plus years but with Gingrich and his wife in the White House, we will be at war with Islam. If the Taliban strikes again, they might just have tripled their power knowing America hates their God. It will be a war between White America and the Semites of the world.

It is up to the Congress to secure the American people that THEY will not be sheep. (yeah sure)

It also could be up to Liberal voters to stand firmly against Gingrich in the Primaries. We did it in 1964 when Rockefeller was the chosen candidate but many of us became delegates to the Goldwater group and he was chosen. We did this as concerned Republicans and we did it without the Internet. We were educated and determined to work for a smaller government. We of course lost to LBJ.

We underestimated the ovine GOP voters. Now they have Jesus telling them what to do; what's the point?

I've been an Independent since 2000; but registered as a Republican last month when I returned to California simply to have some say-so in the Primary.

For years I have been trying to get back to the Separation of Church and State but I have failed totally and have lost friends and fellow Internet pals for my stand against the religious right. I am and have been a Republican since Ike but the party has morphed into some horrible Greek tragedy.

These debates are no different then the sick lot of reality shows this country's christen majority so dearly love watching. Gingrich, Romney, Perry, Paul, Bachmann, Santorum, is this it? Is this the best the GOP has to offer? One gets the sense that the GOP train is so far off the track that Reagan himself may return from the grave to offer his disillusionment. Where’s your god now christian conservatives? :)
