But apparently no one in D.C. has any desire to do a damn thing except destroy Obama. The GOP is too damn stupid to realize they have nobody on their candidate list who could come up with any fix on any level of control.

The GOP are a bunch of blow-hards who would rather see America fail internally and globally, than give any serious thought on what needs to be done.
