Virginia to ask top court to review health law

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Virginia said on Thursday it will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to hear its challenge to President Barack Obama’s healthcare overhaul, bypassing the appeals process in a rarely used move to try to speed up a definitive ruling on the year-old law.

With Virginia bypassing the appeals process I smell the ‘fix’ is in.

If they can rush this through without getting more interpretations at the appeal level, that mostly seem negative at this point, they just might get our highly suspect, corporatist friendly Supreme court to rule in favor of the law. Then we’re all stuck between a rock and a hard place since there’s no higher authority to change the law except the corrupt Congress that passed it in the first place.

Let’s rush to a ruling, no different than the law itself was eventually rushed through in the end as all modern nation destroying legislation since 9/11.

If they do, they will force a Constitutional crisis, as the Federal government, bound by the Constitution, and the Tenth Amendment, clearly designates the states as the deciding interest in this matter. (Powers not granted to the federal government are reserved for the states or the People) It is the states right and duty to refuse to implement unconstitutional laws and it’s the People’s right and duty to ensure that occurs.

Check out what they are doing in South Dakota to show how outlandish this law is as it is written. Bill would require all S.D. citizens to buy a gun

After all, a Federal government not bound by the Constitution is not a legal government and should be replaced as per our founding documents.
