No sir, I know you are not kidding. You can find that speech here. The quote is about 4:17 minutes in. But there are some real knee slappers in there so it’s worth a listen to the whole speech. Reminiscent of the Bush speech looking for WMD under the podium.

Then they voted against the popular will of US citizens on TARP, stimulus, mandatory health care insurance, and coming soon, cap and trade. But it sure is easy to stamp one’s foot and cry, “it’s not my fault!”
