Yup, they wrote the bill. Imagine our surprise. Sounds like graft/trading in influence to me but I’m just an old Jeffersonian Liberal. Imagine if the old Robber Barons had the power like our plutocracy does today. Probably be working sixteen hour days seven days a week alongside our children.
