So where were these people back when they were debating the Social Security Act? That law “requires” insurance coverage for disability, retirement, and protection for dependents?

These are the same people who would require that Social Security be “privatized.” And what the new law does is require “privatized” health insurance.

Consistency does not appear to be their strong suit, does it?

They have a point – The people in Florida, Michigan, Tennessee,
and every other sh$&kicking state doesn’t need health care.

The Michigan Attorney General, Mike Cox, is running in the gubernatorial race this year. The lawsuit filed in Michigan that alleges the health insurance mandate is unconstitutional has been filed by a Christian legal group.
