I can’t begin to describe to you my disgust with this new and improved government, so excuse my ranting.

Unfortunately there are more stories than the Internet is able to hold.

But to summarize, the government does not care.

It never did and won’t, not under this administration, no matter how many empty promises the duly elected boob in chief makes.

Last year the new president-lite promised (again) to support legislation that would allow bankruptcy judges to rewrite mortgages for those in chapter 13 so-called protection.  When the House passed this resolution HR 1106….

it was sent to the Senate where it failed, in part because BHO didn’t support it.

I suppose it’s because the banks don’t like it.

It was a great plan what would allow those with only one home to enjoy the same benefits that those who have multiple properties enjoy, i.e., the rich.

The president-lite turned his back on the program then turned over the entire housing mess over to vp Biden. The same man who wrote all the current bankruptcy laws (while his son was a lobbiest for the banking industry and reportedly made millions) was now expected to over turn all the laws banks and his son benefited from.

In chapter so-called 13 protection myself I’ve written, emailed and phoned every member of the house and senate committee, sub-committee and non-elected person involved in this. This only reply I received was from my home senator and president-lite lap-dog Durbin, who sent me a form letter telling me how he was supporting the president’s health care reform.  Useless.

I say so-called protection because my mortgage went from 1100 a month to 1700 under ‘protection’ and now to 2600. You see the bank MUST protect themselves and their investors, or so the laws state. Loan sharks take note – your in the wrong business.
