Invited or not, Mrs. Sahali looked like a walking jewel in her stunning red silk sari. She was modestly covered and look lovely. This does not detract away from the beautiful First Lady in her elegant gold beaded gown.

In 2001, I described the new First Lady Laura Bush wearing her beautiful gold formal and instead of diamonds she wore tons of peridot on her neck and in her ears. This was when I could post at Reader Rant.

I remember years ago working on a gown and jewels for Zsa Zsa Gabor for an elegant Hollywood Ball only to have Lana Turner out shine her in a simple white draped gown over her tan and turquoise beads that knocked the heads together of the diamond wearers.

This was my business of fitting and making women look like queens. I ended up making men look like queens. Go figure..

Stellar example of how the rights-robbing Patriot Act will not protect "we the people" from deliberate intentions.

When the secret service can't even keep unapproved persons away from the President's company... one has to be a fool of galactic proportion to believe authorities can effectively thwart those who would employ violence to actively retaliate against our government's meddlesome hegemonism.

If America wants to get serious about "fighting" terrorism, we need not shelve our liberties... in the name of. What we need is for our so-called leaders to sensibly examine and retract the sacred-cow profit-serving polices that've repeatedly lent themselves to militaristic misadventures in foreign lands.
When the secret service can’t even keep unapproved persons away from the President’s company… one has to be a fool of galactic proportion to believe authorities can effectively thwart those who would employ violence to actively retaliate against our government’s meddlesome hegemonism.
