I tend to agree with EmmaG. Although the GOP is in retreat, their discussions are always based on legislation of our moral values. I have a great fear that Americans want (demand) laws to tell them what not to do. I keep thinking back on Doug's Rant that it would wonderful if we all could head to a mountain top and rethink our values. It is time we, as individuals, took them back and out of the hands of our corrupt government. I've been out of town for 3 days and was tempted to ignore my computer and live in my own small world.
