By Maggie Van Ostrand Seldom has the word "thrilled" passed these jaded lips, but from another mad-as-hell-and-I'm-not-gonna-take-it-anymore citizen, I'm thrilled that Barack Obama has withstood the Clintons' kitchen-sink strategy. Hillary threw at Obama everything she and her henchmen could dig up, make up, and throw up. He withstood all of it. Despite Clinton tactics, Barack Obama stands tall and strong. And decent. The power of such a man will at last vanquish the dreaded Clintons from the scene and one can only hope that the Democratic Party does not try to exchange the vice presidential spot for her graceful exit from this nominating farce. If that were to occur, the Secret Service would have to quadruple guards around President Obama because surely he'd be in great danger. Especially from the back. If others can show even half the bravery of Senator Bill Richardson and come out of their Washington wombs to stand up for Obama as the people have done, then we have a good shot, a very good shot, at facing the world once more with dignity and pride in our country. If elected, I believe Barack Obama will become one of the greatest presidents America has ever known.

If Chris Mathews can't put opposing viewpoints on the panel it ain't worth the time. Besides, that would give the comedian Rush nothing to rail against - nah, he'll always find something to foment fear and anger over.
