Osama is either dead or in
Submitted by SEAL on January 14, 2008 - 9:54am.Osama is either dead or in such poor health they have him stashed at some remote location with a live in ( don't even think of leaving) medical staff. I'm sure less than a half dozen people know the location. Two of those are probably Bush and Cheney.
I don't see how it is possible for us not to know where he is after all this time. The only way a terroist leader like him could remain free is by constantly moving. With the price the placed on his head, there is no one he could trust. Imagine what a quarter million and relocation to Tuscon, Arizona would mean to one of those dirt floor living horseback transportation Afghans or Pakis. They could buy a dozen brand new AK-47s. A bazooka. Hell, why not a tank. The CIA could find him a good used one. Lots of good old Shermans still around.
When the war in Iraq was put
Submitted by Sandra Price on January 15, 2008 - 8:04am.When the war in Iraq was put into action, one of my best friends had read that the languages of the middle east were not being studied by our security agents. My friend had been born in Lebanon and became a student of languages with a degree from Baghdad University. He had become an American citizen in the 1970s and I proudly stood up when he took his oath of loyalty to America. He thought about going to work for the government but he was an openly gay man who had the same partner for over 20 years.
We talked him out of volunteering as the CIA and FBI would never have trusted the words of a homosexual. Bush ran on a platform to prohibit gays from marrying so why should any of them step up for a President who was a notorious bigot.
Electing Bush in 2000 did more harm to American than anyone could even imagine and he will continue to harm this nation until he is either impeached or shown the door. The question I ask is whether we will elect another bigot to lead us in 2008?
