Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt: If you slept with somebody important in Washington he has a deal for you (Reuters Photo)

Hustler magazine is looking for some scandalous sex in Washington again -- and willing to pay for it.

"Have you had a sexual encounter with a current member of the United States Congress or a high-ranking government official?" read a full-page advertisement taken out by Larry Flynt's pornographic magazine in Sunday's Washington Post.

It offered $1 million for documented evidence of illicit intimate relations with a congressman, senator or other prominent officeholder. A toll-free number and e-mail address were provided.

The last time Flynt made such an offer was in October 1998 during the drive to impeach President Bill Clinton over the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

In the following months, the pornographic publishing mogul threatened to expose one or tow members of the Republican Congress pushing for the impeachment, according to media reports at the time.

That long-awaited expose, published months after Clinton's trial, dropped no bombshells, according to a 1999 Slate.com article, but Flynt's efforts played a role in the resignation of House-speaker designate Bob Livingston of Louisiana.

Flynt's target this time, if he has one, was not immediately known.

Perhaps - (please pardon the profanity)

Perhaps this tidbit of information would be better served out at www.nationalenquirer.com/ ..

We've got an economy in decline, national debt rising every day, two (2) active war zones and a president who seems to be pushing for three - to be quite honest I could care less who fucked who in DC - so long as minors were not involved.

What I do know about DC is that members of the current administration and the congress are getting better and better at fucking us - and they don't even kiss us anymore.

Peace

Smut, smut, smut everywhere

Why can't an 'honest' smut seller, try to get to the truth of the smut implications in the white house...whether you like flint or not (which most do not), at least he is doing what the main-stream media is afraid to do, get the real smut on the smutiness going on in the white house....let's get it all out in the open and let the public know the truth...hell this is probably more gossipy than the crap in the enquirer...as they say, 'fact is sometimes stranger than fiction'.

Simply a publicity stunt...!

Larry's a smart businessman and he's done this before. It draws attention to his publishing empire and publications. A million bucks to Larry is like the common man reaching in his pocket to fetch a quarter.

So if there is any viable takers with solid proof it's a win-win for Larry. His websites, magazines, and vid sales will get a turbo-boost that far eclipses his outlay for a "deep-throat" informant and on top of it; it's a business write-off.

There's one thing about Larry Flynt that I do admire. He's a pornographer and knows he's frowned upon by the so-called "good people", but he doesn't pretend to be anything other than what he is; i.e., a successful pornographer making big bucks, paying his taxes etc., unlike our duly elected politicians who are pretending to be good family men and women, churchgoers, and "honest politicians" who care about the American people and the future of the Republic...?! :))

p.s. Yep our pols hide their ill-gotten lucre' in the family freezer.
