It will end up being just another phony investigation of these thugs. This is one of the darkest moments in American History. The country has been hi jacked by a criminal gang called Bu$HCo whose only goal it seems is to gather to itself total power. Does anyone wonder if once they attain it that they will ever let it go?

It could end up being a phony investigation unless
we can keep thr MSM involved.
I for one will be having another letter writing assualt on those who represent MI. in Washington.
Worst case scenerio will be more public awareness will result.

I did not see the REED interview on FOX as most of their Sunday stuff is either crap, fluff or all one sided.
Finally at least one person, well I have now actually seen 4 Republicans that have spoken out and that's a start.
Look, there can be NO IMPEACHMENT until one or hopefully, both houses of Congress fall in November. To attempt it now would be a little like the Saddam trail...or lack of one...in Iraq. Another joke.
The very best way to make all of this unravel is exactly as stated. Fitzgerald MUST go after Cheney. Anyone else caught in the net will just be that much better. HE IS THIS ADMINISTRATION not BUSH and anyone who thinks otherwise is just kidding themselves.
I was waiting for the news story this morning. Cheney shoots hunter by mistake...Investors worry...Oil rises by 37 cents a barrel. ANOTHER JOKE. !!

Could you also have Fitzgerald look into Cheney's Halliburton connection - it would prudent for Cheney to keep us in war if it meant millions in profits for him from Hilliburton - surely there is a law against - if not we need one. It should be illegal for any politician to profit from a war or conflict - that is a sure conflict of interest and our volunteer military deserves better.

Hi Roger from Oklahoma
Everyone would agree with you and perhaps unknowingly you have stumbled on the very fact, one of the main ones why Iraq was invaded. First to control the oil, second to profit from the war.
All the sole source no-bid contract...many of them to KBR and Halliburton. One lady brought it up and got fired for doing her job by these theives.
However all that said, politicians have to put all their holdings in a so-called BLIND TRUST when they serve in the government and may not under the law deal with any of it. So, under the law that is what they do. They can only get the facts and figures AFTER they leave office.
However it does not take a blind person to see that if oil is $70.00 a barrel that the likes of Cheney and others are making fortunes...they just officially are not supposed to know that. Same with prolonging the war. More contracts to Cheney friends, the more he makes.
I have no doubt that when he leaves office or is thrown out, he will be absolutely stunned by the fact that he went in a millionaire and out a billionaire. ALL THE TIME...SUPPOSEDLY FOLLOWING THE LAW

How far down must we go with this "administration"? We are losing our rights on a daily basis. We torture and perform renditions. Bush thinks he is above the law and our senators and representatives are compliant and in lockstep. They are all republicrats. Where is the opposition? We have war criminals running this country. They send our sons and daughters to war, but they either went AWOL or took deferments. Bush's "vision" of America will surely turn her into a third world country. There is no hope in sight. How much more damage can Bush do to the environment, troops, American prestige, poor and elderly, etc. The list goes on and on. Bush/Cheney/cronies must be eradicated. He builds internment camps not for foreigners, but for us. Too soon we will not be citizens, but subjects.

The system is so broke, so fixed, so rigged, so bought off. Find a Fed judge that will stand up for a federal whistleblower - you can't. Bush and Cheney have direct and proveable links to organized crime entities. I say it's time to string them both up in the streets. Vote? Why bother? Vote with your guns.

Fed Up: You have a point. Eventually they will come to take our guns after Bush declares Martial Law. If ever there was a time for revolution and redistributing taxes, it is now. Cronies abound, along with snitches. Whistleblowers should be praised, not castigated. Diebold is owned by R's and easily hacked. This is the worst administration, bunglers, the "gang who couldn't shoot straight", warmongers, cowards, and liars.

Hey, follow the money trail...its not just Cheney but the whole Bush family plus their chain in the corporate elite that are profiteering off this war! It all makes me sick! Especially when I see innocent blood being spilled by our troops and civilians! I just want this administration out of the White House. They are evil. I see what is coming and just wish people would open their eyes. People like so many of us do try doing something about this but the politicians will not listen unless they can use you for their agenda! The wealthy own this government...period!
