The moment I heard that speech, I knew it was a lie. First of all, had that been true, it was the responsibility of the government to warn the Governor of California and the Mayor of Los Angeles and the other cities within the County of Los Angeles.

Thanks!! It was not just me. I heard the report and immediately thought that it was just another example of feeding the NASCAR dads and soccer moms more of the same old thing. Since PNAC owns the WH, the Congress, the courts and the media, just where will the imputus to impeach come from?Which Republicans would vote to impeach?

Some of us look to November of '06 or '08 as providing relief and change, and perhaps the basis for bringing these criminals to account. Yet remembering Ohio and Florida, the exit poll discrepancies, the legal chicanery, and the old axiom that "it's not who votes, but who counts the votes that counts," and the sworn intention of the head of Diebold, et al to deliver Ohio for Bush, I seriously wonder whether we'll ever have a meaningful election again. (Perhaps the most pressing legislation we can seek is no voting machines without a meaningful audit trail and paper backups.)

Given that this administration's approval ratings are in the toilet, and yet it continues to roll its regressive agenda out virtually unstopped, like the Wehrmacht rolling into Poland and France, encountering scattered and disorganized opposition, who is it exactly who will stop them? The control all three branches of government. They can stop any troublesome internal invetigation through reassignment, demotion, or promotion of lawyers. They lie, cheat and steal with impunity. They spy on us and we don't care. They loot the treasury, and enact tax cuts for the wealthy to insure that the insolubility of Social Security becomes a self fulfuilling prophecy. We get partial information (at best) or government propaganda from what passes these days for mass media, to keep the masses of us from coalescing and organizing, and changing policy as we did with Vietnam. The only card these people have to play is the "fear" card, and play it they have. And they will.

Look for more "false flag" terror events or disturbances along the lines of this "cartoon" flap as means of inculcating fear among us and influencing the '06 election. The PNAC-driven one party state will simply NOT release the reins of power. If enough of us rise up to vote them out, they have the means, technique and track record to steal the election, pure and simple.

I can tell you without a doubt that there was never any threat to the Los Angeles library tower. There was a threat against LAX in 2003 but never once has L.A ever been mentioned as a target directly. Force decorations and promotions.

I volunteered to served my country in Vietnam as you chose not to . It is a free country .

I would as Commander in Chief take it personally when someone or anybody condemns our

Rep. Wright Patman of Texas (who was the House Banking Chairman until 1975), said in 1952:

“In fact there has never been an independent audit of either the twelve banks of the Federal Reserve Board that has been filed with the Congress ... For 40 years the system, while freely using the money of the government, has not made a proper accounting.” Patman, said that the Federal Open Market Committee (who, in addition to the Board of Governors, decide the country’s monetary policy) is “one of the most secret societies. These twelve men decide what happens in the economy ... In making decisions they check with no one– not the President, not the Congress, not the people.”

Patman also said: “In the United States we have, in effect, two governments ... We have the duly constituted Government ... Then we have an independent, uncontrolled and uncoordinated government in the Federal Reserve System, operating the money powers which are reserved to Congress by the Constitution.”

The Federal Reserve System has never been audited, and their meetings, and minutes of those meetings, are not open to the public. They have repelled all attempts to be audited. In 1967, Arthur Burns, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, said that an audit would threaten the independence of the Reserve.

Dr. Franz Pick, a well known authority on world currency, said in December, 1979, in the Silver and Gold Report: “The most serious problem we face today is the debasement of our currency by the government. The government will continue to debase the dollar until ... within 12-24, months it will shrink to 1 cent ... at which time Washington will be forced to create the new hard currency ... A currency reform is nothing but a fancy name for state bankruptcy ... A currency reform completes the expropriation of all kinds of savings ... it will wipe out all public and private bonds, most pensions; all annuities, and all endowments.”

As recorded in Congressional Record in 1933, Rep. James Buck said: “...the doctrine of emergency is the worst. It means that when Congress declares an emergency, there is no Constitution. This means it’s dead.” Senate Report 93-549 (Senate Resolution 9, 93rd Congress, 1st Session) in 1973 said that since 1933 “the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency … A majority of the people of the United States have lived all their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency...”

Representative James A. Traficant, Jr. of Ohio, according to the Congressional Record (pg. H1303), on March 17, 1993, said: “Mr. Speaker, we are now in Chapter 11. Members of Congress are official Trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any bankrupt entity in world history, the United States government…”

Alan Keyes, the former ambassador to the UN, who ran for President in 2000 said: “We ought to have realized that the income tax is utterly incompatible with liberty. It is actually a form of slavery. I, as a native American have known for 'many' years that the United States government was not a government of public interest.

As others may be "forced" to live with hatred, and be crunched over with fear, my Lord from the beginning has kept me apart from the cold nature of hatred and the weakness of fear. My concern is for my fellow-man, here and abroad. They just don't get the mysteries to life. So therefore, they accept hatred and fear as a way of life.

The sons of God have no fear. Fear falls upon those who are ignorant to the simplicity and the beauty of life. "Ignorance is a weapon of mass destruction."

This I know, . . . but many others do not.

Rough Case Summary

Cause of attention

Petition for assistance and correction for an illegal arrest and 9-day billed detention (attempted indefinite) without trial, that had impact personally and for Tarzian Search Consultants, Inc (Report HJ569991). Additionally, this request seeks assistance to halt medical and legal re-direction.

Notification of altered police, medical, and court records (available for review): All of which would be of significance to someone responsible for a city and those who live and work within it and secure federal funding to protect it (written for public officials for an investigation – requested summary).

Background

I had been experiencing multiple non-forced break-ins at home and office with documented theft and damage (a complete list of affiliated officers will be provided). These break-ins came after a threat by Northwestern University was issued. The person that issued the threat, Lydia, left Northwestern University and the state of Illinois for another school. At approximately the same time, I had received written statements from Medill Journal of Integrated Communications’ Board of Directors stating that they were not affiliated with the Journal at the time of the occurrence with me. These statements were from the heads of communication for The Tribune, Burger King, Sears and others (immediately available for your review). If a case would have been filed, Northwestern would have been in the awkward position of calling their patrons liars or admitting to theft. Also at that time, I informed Northwestern that I had on video Prof. Caywood commenting on how my research is unprecedented and valuable. Lydia refused to review the evidence and just wanted to redirect my intention for correction. She said that theft by professors was the norm at Northwestern.

After Lydia left, I had a break-in at my home in which two tapes were
taken and two were left behind. One tape was the Caywood tape and one
was a family wedding tape (my dependents were threatened as well - know
I do not have children and am not married).

Unfortunately the tapes that were left behind were tied directly to
Northwestern, the VA and Great Lakes Naval Research. Northwestern
threatened to leverage its resources and in this instance, it leveraged
the military.

In addition to the tapes, financial records, candidate records, evidence books, eyeglasses (before the NIRI presentation) and electronic records of evidence were stolen, altered or deleted.

My original research brought forth a call to accountability and integration that could be spun into a very profitable training program, similar to the police training Northwestern now does. Northwestern recognized this and decided that they should be the originators of this concept and training.

Had I known that theft was the norm for Northwestern and that Northwestern grads hold Northwestern to greater importance than the Constitution, I would have never included them in this project. This project was meant to help people and businesses and bring positive attention to Chicago and Illinois.

SDN Profiles and Options

What further complicates matters is that while I was dealing with Northwestern, I was also dealing with significant hacking and computer
problems, including the discovery of SDN computer profiles. Additionally, there were problems with Edelman Public Relations (not wanting me to work for their competitors; contacting every client while in process and misrepresenting me or recruiting the client’s people out; using my name to advertise for candidates in NY, DC and Chicago). At the time I did not understand the link between each. With Edelman as a state & city vendor finding assistance for correction has been difficult. I’m able to show a procurement connection with other
companies and officials affiliated with the Navy, the City of Chicago, Northwestern and the State of Illinois.

Edelman Public Relations interviewed Ms. Margolis, the editor I was working with, after I provided Dan Edelman the information via his private fax, per his request.

This editor killed the article and breached the agreement, leaving me in a significant dilemma financially, with my business network and with people I needed to answer to regarding their contributions to the project. Ms. Margolis then took a position with Edelman in NY. I am assuming that after presenting my work to a potential client, Richard Edelman was called on it. Shortly afterward, an ad went on-line on a PR site that advertised me working out of the NY office with Richard Edelman's private secretary's fax line (Bob Ambrose - fax confirmation available). I also received contact from the trade press that an Edelman client was using my name for a search they were running and I received communication from an on-line chat session about Wendy Tarzian being the key point of contact for interviews out of Edelman’s NY office.
Repeated calls, e-mails and faxes requesting them to cease using my name for candidates and interviewing them were left unanswered or in Leslie Dach's case, denied. I accomplished much at Edelman and have the documentation to verify all claims.

I finally was able to get the site to remove the listing (after 4 years). However, the PR site manager refused to identify the name of who placed it (taking full liability - in my opinion). Edelman then ran the same DC ad in PRWeek (there were two on-line ads – I did not place either ad). This was the first ad in years for them to run.

Questioning the significance of the SDN profile, I am able to identify DoD personnel interfering throughout my initial challenges after my meeting with Lydia through present along with Edelman interference. The Navy redirection and implication is significant and even previously documented on-line (available via hard copy).

Lisa Madigan Subpoena

In reference to the SDN listing, Lisa Madigan's office repeatedly refused to provide any information (including refusing a subpoena request) as to whether or not I was listed as a Special Designated National or if it was just software that was used that happened to tie to the Secret Service.

Exploring options for the SDN, one option was to discover if Edelman leveraged family or friends out of Naval Intelligence to use the SDN software for their own corporate espionage and that got out of hand because of failed contractor accountability. The other options were that I worked with Leslie Dach while he was working in the White House and he spoke of me often to candidates (I have candidates I can refer to regarding this). Someone that he spoke to may have initiated a background check on me. Plus, I was one of 6 recruiters referred out of the White House when Clinton was leaving. Within approximately a
month or two of that referral, the SDN profiles were activated. Additionally, I wrote an editorial on-line for CNN in which an individual named me, first and last name, and threatened me on-line. CNN refused to provide that person's identification. If that person had White House access, was affiliated with the Secretary of Defense or the Department of Justice, the SDN profile may have originated from that person.

The last option I thought of was that there was a law that was signed into affect a month before the SDN listing which gave the United States government the right to list an individual as an SDN (Special Designated National) if that person was associated with anyone from Yugoslavia. I befriended a Public Relations executive from Yugoslavia as well as others from other countries at the International PRSA conference held in Chicago a month or two before the listing. Please note that the listing would have to be approved monthly through the President of the United States’ office as well as the Department of
Defense and the Department of Justice as well as the representative Attorney General.

Madigan's office refused to assist. Understand that an SDN listing would give the government the right to freeze all assets including trusts etc.

In addition to the SDN listing, my computer was illegally DDE Trust linked to; Huntersoft.com, Chris Beluso and David Wolf. They are advertised as recruiters. However, huntersoft.com is also the makers of a backup driver; Tom Bookey and AAA Office Services, Inc.

When I made the office manager, Bridget Eckstein change the computer
configuration to just me. She hired GBS and I believe that they incorrectly configured me to the Teragrid (including HAB, IIT, UIUC, UIC, MIT, Argonne, etc.).

While the above was going on, I was trying to have my residential landlord and her family, provide me with the names of those who had access to the building, maintenance records and proof of ownership. She refused. Note, I had more than 6 non-forced break-ins with theft.

Having done further research to try to assess and justify the state's total failure to uphold any law, I secured transcripts.

Past Cases with Altered Information

1) The case with Judge Lispcomb was so altered that they cannot be
understood if read allowed. Additionally, Judge Lipscomb refused the continuance for an inspection when the inspection found in favor of me (meaning I was due money).

2) The Bottalla case (1994), in which I was the victim of a battery. Please note that I have had four maxio-facial surgeries and since this battery, my top jaw has collapsed almost an inch, to an under bite and my sinuses and breathing have been significantly impacted. I also have scar tissue on my right kidney which would have been from the beating from her and another just under a year later. Know that I never was contacted for the follow-up cases after Mr. Anthony Bottalla threatened Jacqueline Bottalla in court. Additionally, the state succeeded in keeping this battery from Jacqueline Bottalla's (Robert Bottalla’s ex-wife) record by identifying her as Jacqueline
Bottolla (transcripts and Certified Statement of Conviction immediately
available).

Amendment to Case Summary

Computer Configuration

In reference to my computer system, to obtain the data I was putting together regarding the lawsuit, they configured my computer DDE Trust with other computers that were with other businesses. I have the computers identification from a third party who verified connection (each was named after a person on the floor with the exception of one which was named "2PHMA"). DDE trust allows others access to my computer without my having to be on it. I never authorized this set up. The IT company is out of Wisconsin (two of their IT people, who set up my system, were Jeff Nielsen and Shawn Williams – Altered police report available).

When DDE Trust failed, I think my computer was run through NCSA out of UIUC, also used Bitnet. I have all of the paperwork documentation. In any case, it appears that these folks used government resources to try to cover-up this mess. There was a big presentation of the success of the grid in Sept 2003. The hackings via the grid were prior to this.

Here's what Happened when I discovered the grid connection in a hidden sdsc folder on my computer. The hidden file was labeled as sdsc, which may be the San Diego Super Computer. There were 19 computers on the network in that file and I could directly access them without a
password. In the upper left hand corner was the notation “L Server”. I was able to access without password UIUC or UIC (I’m not sure now which one). I backed out of it.

Now, at this point, I had no knowledge of the teragrid. I later looked up the acronyms that I could remember when opening the SDSC file IIT, UIUC, UIC, HAB, Argonne (wasn’t an acronym), I think City Hall, and others.

When I tried to report this (not being my primary concern, my research and the break-ins), all hell broke loose. Everyone was bending over backward trying to cover this up and even denying the existence of the grid.

I later found out that the DoD; in particular, the NSA is responsible for securing the grid. Who are their points of contact for each party involved? NSA headquarters was informed and confirmation is available. There is a pattern of redirection with FBI, police CIA if they are affiliated with the Navy or Northwestern. A list of contacts is available, Bob Shields, being one of them. Former Governor James Thompson along with Bill Daley (Formerly with SBC) were also notified and chose instead to misrepresent Argonne for federal funding.

This kind of makes one wonder how many Chicago Police officers are moonlighting for Argonne Counterintelligence and Northwestern? Any CPD Vets?

Has anyone heard of the A.D.V.I.S.E. Program [Analysis, Dissemination, Visualization, Insight, and Semantic Enhancement], the government is now in practice of, that invades every aspect of one's personal life?

Are our tax dollars supporting this program and the many others that the government has been involved with? There is a program called the �Threat, and Vulnerability, Testing and Assessment Program� that is federally funded, . . . $50 million worth!

There have been many articles written in regards to the American citizens being spied on. Some articles go on to mention how one is tracked when they use their E-Z Pass, and store discount cards, but we haven't read anything about hotel entry cards, and home security systems. These are also ways one can be tracked of their coming and going.

We just heard on our local news channel that thirty-one people were given $5.00 in exchange for their personal information. Such application requested, license number, social security number, mother's maiden name, children's name, address, and etc., . . . Within the same news segment, a detective stated how dangerous it is to reveal even one's name to a stranger.

Our question is, . . . What lawful right do department store clerks and owners have in asking for customers� personal information and picture identification when the customer wishes to make an exchange or request for a refund, . . . especially when the customer has a valid receipt? What gives? It may be true that one �wants to know,� what customers� are of high maintenance with returns, as one would also �want to know� what the customer's shopping interests and habits are. But based on the fact "identity theft" has become extremely prevalent in this country, we question, . . . Who is protecting the customer from consumer fraud?

In suggestion, when businesses tell customers, �It is our store policy� [to request identification], request to speak with a manager and request to see it in writing within their store policy. Most likely they will be unable to do so. For it is unlawful to promote such a store policy.

For those who surrendered their bank account numbers, social security numbers, and pets name, and etc., in exchange for a $5.00 gift card at a coffee shop, . . . we question you, . . . Have you not learned anything yet?!

A great many paranoid conspiracy theorists (PCTs) and average Joes and Joettes are conscious of the esoteric order named the Illuminati.
